Dr Chris Brown is the CEO of the Namibian Chamber of Environment (NCE), an umbrella support organisation with a membership of some 45 environmental NGOs. He is an ecologist and environmental scientist with over thirty-five years' practical experience in wildlife and environmental management. Previously he was Head of the Directorate of Environmental Affairs (DEA) in the Ministry of Environment and Tourism and the Executive Director of the Namibia Nature Foundation for 12 years.
